About Our Practice
Since opening its doors in 2001, the Sullivan-Ostoich Eye Center has rapidly grown to become a trusted name in eye care for Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Inverness and surrounding communities. We take pride in the fact that our patients consistently refer their family and friends to our office. Our blended expertise in comprehensive and specialty eye care along with our friendly support staff have helped to foster and grow this community trust.
Our Doctors
Drs. Kevin Sullivan and Thomas Conti are our board certified ophthalmologists. Dr. Sullivan has 20 years of medical and surgical eye care experience, including laser vision correction. Dr. Conti has fellowship training in eyelid plastic surgery including Botox and cosmetic surgery.
Drs. Brent Ostoich and Deborah Klesken are our licensed optometrists. They both have extensive experience with contact lenses, including orthokeratology, the nightly worn lenses that correct your vision while you sleep. Dr. Ostoich specializes in kerataconus and difficult to fit corneas. Dr. Klesken offers complete family eye care, but has a special interest in bifocal contact lenses and orthokeratology

Diseases that affect vision can occur without signs or symptoms at any age. With the latest technologies and equipment, including Retinal Photography and the new Epic with 3-D Wavefront Analysis,we can detect many of the conditions that occur later in life such as Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration.

Insurance Information
Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Ostoich, Dr. Klesken and Dr. Conti are Medicare and BCBS providers. Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Conti are contracted with most major insurance plans. Please check your plan for any network restrictions. Dr. Ostoich and Dr. Klesken are providers in VSP and EyeMed vision plans.
In addition, our staff provides a full service optical boutique with the latest fashions for all your eye care needs.
