Sullivan- Ostoich Eye Center offers a variety of affordable payment options. We will work with you to develop a plan to meet your needs. All financial arrangements must be completed prior to the day of surgery.

Insurance Information

Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Ostoich, Dr. Klesken and Dr. Conti are Medicare and BCBS providers. Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Conti are contracted with most major insurance plans. Please check your plan for any network restrictions.

Dr. Ostoich and Dr. Klesken are providers in VSP and EyeMed vision plans.

Flexible Spending Accounts & Tax Savings Accounts

Flexible spending accounts (FSA’s), (also known as flex plan, reimbursement account, flex 125, Section 125, tax savings plan, or medical spending account) are offered by many employers to offset medical expenses. This employee-sponsored program allows for pre-tax dollars to be set aside for medical costs, including LASIK. You may be able to have surgery virtually tax-free.

The Cost of LASIK Eye Surgery

Compared to wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 5-10 years LASIK can be a great value. The initial costs can often be burdensome to our patients. Because we are dedicated to providing excellent affordable vision financing arrangements are available. Our LASIK coordinator will be happy to discuss these financing options and what this will cost on a monthly basis. Enrollment is often very easy!
